The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE), Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) and 23 other organisations from the world of entertainment organised a protest against the inclusion of Pakistani artistes in Indian films, music and other entertainment platforms. The protest was held after the terrorist attack in Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir, where 44 CRPF soldiers lost their lives. Celebrities such as Gajendra Chauhan, Isha Koppikar, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh, Suresh Raina, Nia Sharma and many others were present at the FWICE march, which was organised at Film City in Mumbai.
