Aamir is busy with his television debut, but at the same time, he reveals that he prefers books to TV, during his free time. "It's ironical, but I don't watch much of television or even movies. Maybe it has to do with the way I have been brought up. From childhood, my parents got me interested in reading more than in TV. Even now, when I get a bit of free time, I reach out for a book almost instinctively; I don't switch on the TV. I consume books at a very alarming pace."
